Stacie M. Coote brings over two decades of federal‐sector leadership and a proven track record of driving organizational performance in complex, mission-critical environments. As a headquarters-level federal professional, she’s spearheaded strategic initiatives – from streamlining enterprise workflows to designing executive-level training programs – that deliver measurable gains in efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

With an MBA and three premier credentials – Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Certified Student Career Coach (CSCC), and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) – Stacie combines advanced business acumen with a strengths-based coaching approach. She’s currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Liberty University, further sharpening her ability to align talent development with organizational goals.
